2. Our Commitments
We commit to delivering the services exactly as described at the time of purchase. Specifically:We guarantee the chart placements specified in your selected plan (Trending badge, Top 50, or Top 5).We ensure all campaign actions are executed within a reasonable time frame after purchase.We provide customer support and, for Top 5 packages, a dedicated campaign manager.
3. User Responsibilities

4. Payments & BillingAll prices are listed in USD, exclusive of tax.Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe, Inc).We do not store payment card details on our servers.Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
5. Refund PolicyOnce a service has started, payments are non-refundable.If Bumpcharts fails to deliver the guaranteed placement as described, you are entitled to a full refund.Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase.
